“Difícil”

I liked the location and the breakfast, even though it was served at another nearby hotel close to Cortina. The beds are comfortable and the service is very good! The bathroom is tiny, the box even smaller. The shower is very uncomfortable and, worst of all, the hot water keeps switching to cold. It was impossible to take a proper shower. We asked for it to be fixed and they said it was, but it stayed the same. The hotel entrance is very dark and dirty, looking like an abandoned property. In short, we won’t stay there again.

The single room is interior. The window looks out onto a passage with trash, so you can’t open it. The facilities are old. The shower doesn’t regulate hot water properly – it’s cold. Breakfast is sparse for the price they charge; I expected more. I feel cheated at that price for a room with no ventilation in these conditions.

“Very poor”

Nothing good. The stay was very disappointing – there is no check‑in after 5 pm, so arriving later forces you to go to another hotel to check in, which is a huge hassle with luggage. The shower in our room didn’t work properly. The room was tiny and very basic, lacking a kettle, useful facilities, and even a bottle of water on arrival. Parking info was misleading; the hotel advertises parking, but it’s actually paid parking about a 10‑minute walk away, which isn’t easy when you’re carrying suitcases. Overall, the hotel didn’t match the description at all. Poor facilities, inconvenient check‑in, and misleading parking information. I would not stay here again.
