When we arrived to check‑in, the computers were down and we had to wait in the lobby. Charity was very kind, giving us two complimentary drink tickets and noting how patient we were – that was much appreciated. Everything else was awesome; we had a great time.

The staff were great, but our reservation was messed up.

I booked through a site, but the reservation didn’t go through; fortunately, the hotel still had a room available. I ended up paying $90 more than the price shown on the website and feel I should get that extra amount back, or even a full refund for the whole stay.

The place was spotless and the front desk staff were fantastic, with housekeeping doing a great job too. However, the breakfast at the restaurant was underwhelming, and we discovered the slide was out of order only after we arrived, something we hadn’t known before booking.
