The staff were unhelpful, the hot water in the apartment didn’t work, and the sheets had rust stains.

The hotel’s location was ideal, but at night there were rooms that made noise or played loud music with little control.

Free parking, a big, comfortable bed, a roomy room, and the quietness of this busy area were all positives, but I had to leave early and there was no restaurant service before 7:00 a.m.; I couldn’t enjoy the “included breakfast.”

The room was very comfortable, but the bathroom was dirty with hair on the sink, floor, and shower, the bathroom light wouldn’t turn on, and the toilet was broken and didn’t flush.
