Nothing positive; the “Night Manager” turned out to be a resident, not staff, demanded cash for 21 nights upfront with no paperwork or passport check (a legal requirement), the elevator worked erratically, and the building looked run‑down.

Among all the places I’ve stayed in Tbilisi, this was the best; the only downside was the lack of a sponge for washing dishes.
