The hotel staff were quick to respond, yet I booked a non‑smoking executive room and there was still a strong old cigarette odor inside; at midnight the ceiling at the room’s door leaked water, and the hotel felt like a cheap Holiday Inn, so I don’t recommend it.

I was surprised to discover that toothbrushes cost extra in a five‑star property, and the promised airport shuttle only ran four times a day, forcing me to take a taxi because the schedule didn’t match my flight.
