“It was ok.”

Because we’re disabled, we needed a room with a disabled-friendly toilet, but it was WAY TO LOW. Otherwise everything was great. The toilet was too low, our room faced traffic (my fault), kids ran around loudly, and I left a Makita flashlight there and it never came back.

“Excellent as usual.”

The place was clean, parking was ample and close to the front door so parking at night felt safe. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well designed. However, every hotel now removes microwaves from the rooms, and I still use mine; most three‑star hotels don’t have them anymore.

Management and staff were awesome, rooms were spacious, clean, very comfortable, and convenient for my wedding event at City Hall. After the reception, my guests and I were greeted with smiling faces when we returned to the hotel.
