The price was reasonable. The air conditioning was old, the location was very bad, and even though we were a married couple, we were given two single-bed rooms. We managed to combine them ourselves, but when the staff changed our sheets, they walked straight into the room, which was not a pleasant sight. Communication among the staff was weak.
Everything was fine. I liked everything about the staff and the location.

The staff were fantastic and the food was freshly prepared even a couple of days later. I also had a massage that I recommend. We checked out late in the day but could still use the pool and facilities until we left, which was brilliant! There are a few shops nearby and a market in the evening. The rooms feel a bit dated and the balcony is a box that you can’t sit on.

I appreciated that the hotel had a swimming pool where my father could relax beside it while undergoing knee treatment in Bangkok. Having breakfast and other food options available on site was very convenient and helpful for my parents during their stay. The overall environment was comfortable and made their recovery period more enjoyable. The location was convenient for getting to the hospital, which was the main reason for our stay, but it was far from shopping areas, and there were few shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby, making it less convenient when we needed to buy extra items or explore.
