The price was good, the location close to Paris was handy, and the staff were friendly; I have no issues to mention.

The short walk to the start of the Ruder event was great, and the water dispenser was handy.

The breakfast was fine and the staff were good. I booked two classic rooms with a large bed and a sofa, but ended up with a room that had two separate beds and then a so‑called Classic with accessories in a spot nobody wants to sit. Room 120 looked into a hole instead of the promised garden with noise and odor, so the room smelled far from fresh. The bed was basically a plank. The terrace downstairs was closed, and if you wanted a drink outside you had to walk all around. This hotel is not worth the Novotel label, and I would have left if I hadn’t been there for the event. I’ve worked at KLM for 40 years and have stayed everywhere, but this was really bad. I hope to get compensation for a broken back.
