On the first day of check‑in I wasn’t given the room I was supposed to have, and a few days later they finally gave it to me; fixing the wardrobe took a week, and getting the air‑conditioner leak repaired also took a week.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The hotel sits at the confluence of the Mekong and the Tonlé Sap rivers, offering a superb riverside view and the best location, but there was no power outlet by the bed.

立派なホテルでしたがとてもリーズナブルに泊まれて、サービスも最高でした。とくにスチームサウナ🧖♀️

The hotel is a bit outdated and the room was not particularly clean with a shower over the bath that didn't drain properly. But the staff were very helpful and gym is well equipped even though its all a bit old. It was value for money and pretty close to sights
