The spot was spot on for us, though most folks might not agree. The front‑desk manager in the morning was amazing, raising the bar on service. Every day we returned for lunch and had to go back to the room only to find the card had been cancelled… again and again.

We liked the location, but it probably won’t suit most travelers. We were fine waking up at 5 am to see the streets come alive. Each time we came back to the room the card wasn’t active, forcing us to go to reception to sort it out. The staff didn’t collect the food the room service had left for hours.

Well kept, new build, clean rooms, courteous staff. The spot in Taltala isn’t great, even though it’s in Central Kolkata.
