It was truly one of the best vacations we’ve ever had! The animation team was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Maher and Mr. Amir at the reception for their outstanding service, kindness, and hospitality. They made everything so smooth and easy throughout our stay. We really appreciate their efforts and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

Cleanliness and operation were good, but communication was lacking; fortunately the management resolved the issues that arose.
