The location is convenient and the price is good. I needed a little cash to exchange at the front desk, but they said they had none, which seemed unreasonable; that was the only drawback.

The hotel's location was fantastic, but unfortunately, it was marred by some major issues. The hot water was scarce, and I only got it working once during my three-night stay. The kitchen was also pretty basic and not really usable. Considering the prices, I found it to be quite steep compared to other rooms I've stayed in Vietnam.

The hotel's central location was a major plus, but unfortunately, the staff weren't exactly professional. They seemed a bit disorganized and not very helpful.

“Khá là ổn”

I really liked the hotel's central location and how easy it was to get around. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, even when I asked for extra blankets on a chilly night. The only issues I had were with the bed, which was a bit too firm for my liking, and the fact that they only had men's shampoo in the room - a small thing, but would have been nice to have some women's options too.
