The location and the staff are good, but there is no hot water.

The location was great and the staff tried to do what they could, yet the pool was filthy and full of algae, making swimming impossible. The room was old and clearly lacking basic upkeep, which was a shame because the place has a lot of potential. The view from the balcony was blocked by construction, and we even left a night early. I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I was in the middle of Ubud, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops, and the owner was super helpful and courteous. The place was cool and cozy, with a simple but unique vibe, and there was a communal cooking area and a supermarket just around the corner. The only hiccup was having to pick a breakfast time the day before.

I liked the location, the style of the property, the family run management, and how comfortable the rooms were. The apartment next door was a bit noisy with average soundproofing, the breakfast lacked variety and was not very filling, and there were some ongoing works nearby.
