“I never got to stay because they don’t know how to do their job. I stayed once before and all they do are disrespectful.”

Nothing positive; they’re really disrespectful and offered no help at all.

The place was tidy, but the walls were thin like paper, so you could hear everything, and the bed was very loud.

“Pet deposits”

The place is beautiful and very good value, yet they still hold the pet deposits even though it’s been four days.

“Worked out for an emergency stop over but very basic hotel.”

The location worked well for what we needed and the price felt fair. There was a small workout room and the hotel was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. I’m not sure why they label it a suite; it was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in and it came with no supplies. The queen bed was comfortable but only one chair was provided for two guests. The room did include a large fridge and a two‑burner cooktop, but there were no cooking utensils, dishes or a coffee pot. For a three‑day stay it made no sense to buy all those supplies. Only two towels and two washcloths were supplied. Just be aware of that before you arrive.
