At 5 pm on the arrival day I was called and told there was no room for us, leaving us an hour away from homelessness for the weekend. No help and the only reply was “please transfer the money back for another accommodation.” I told my boss I couldn’t do more; completely indifferent! Thanks to Booking it was still possible to get an alternative hotel. The stay last year was disappointing, and this incident means never again!

“Wir kommen nicht wieder!”

The staff were friendly and breakfast was fine. We give a big shout‑out because the staff member was there in the evenings and mornings again, friendly and competent. Thank you! The room was a nightmare—no proper furnishings, no hooks, no shelves, no decent curtains or blinds, we had to hang towels ourselves for privacy. Everything was a nightmare; the room number was 21! Nobody should book this.

The staff were friendly and the food was affordable, but the truck parking nearby made the place noisy.

The room, the accommodation and the equipment were all fine, and the staff were very nice, yet there were no vegan options at all, not even oat or soy milk for breakfast, and nothing vegan on the menu.
