The TV was broken, so I snapped a photo and showed it to the desk; the lady admitted it had been out of order for months and refused a partial refund, saying the hotel keeps a small cut of the cost, while the sheets were dirty with long dark hair, a foul smell, and a big yellow stain, making the whole experience feel dishonest and the room unfit for rent—definitely not recommended.

I think this place offered solid value for the price, giving a good overall experience.

The breakfast was great. Also had a good place in the city. They made me cancel my bookings.com check in and made me get a Room there and they never refunded my money so they charged me twice for the same night

The staff was solid; they stick to their schedules, so just follow them and everything works out. The location and price were the only downsides.
