The breakfast spread was varied and beautiful, and the staff were friendly and kind; I recommend this hotel to my Saudi and Gulf friends. It sits right across from the river and offers free parking on site. The hotel is very comfortable, and the bed is great for a peaceful sleep. They provide Zilamsi and Kabron cards, which let you attend most events for free. However, there is no toilet in the building, even though a comment from eight years ago mentioned plans to install one in the bathrooms—something that seems simple enough and shouldn’t require so much deliberation. Laundry facilities were advertised, but when I asked, the staff said they were not available on site; they sent me a message and only provided a steamer for ironing. They also told me that laundry services could be found at a Zilamsi location about a 15‑minute drive away. The parking in the basement is tight; it’s too narrow for large cars, and only a very skilled driver could manage it. I struggled to enter and exit the parking, and there was always a dog in the lobby, which freaks out some guests.
