“Won’t return. Only way to report issues did nothing. Dirty pull out and loud neighbors. No help.”

The spot was decent, but the lack of on‑site staff made us decide not to return. We arrived to find hair all over the pull‑out sheets, which hadn’t been changed. Their text reply said they couldn’t help that night and would inform management. The next room kept blasting music until 11:30 pm and then again at 5:30 am, so our sleep was very restless; the walls are clearly paper‑thin. Naturally, no one was there to fix it.
