The massage chair let me unwind, yet the cleaning left a lot to be desired— I ended up wiping surfaces with my own disinfectant wipes. In the midsummer heat the air‑conditioning barely worked, so it stayed warm until sunset, and I wish there had been more tea available since I don’t drink alcohol.

Having a parking lot nearby was handy, but at checkout the cleaning staff blocked the lift, leaving me standing in the heat for almost ten minutes; when the doors finally opened the cart was overloaded with linens, forcing me to go back down and wait again while they unloaded.
