Palma Cathedral and old town are 900 metres away, with public transport nearby.

The place has a great location and the staff were friendly. However, there is no elevator in the building, so when we checked in they had to help us with our luggage, and at check‑out nobody cared— we had to carry our bags down two floors.

The location is especially good, and overall the hotel feels nice and modern. The only downside was that room 101 was quite small.

Everything was lovely, especially the guests at the fountain who could get cold “still and sparkling” water around the clock—a nice touch. There were no problems; the boutique hotel with a large B was wonderful.

The room was lovely and the location was great, but the pool was only usable for an hour a day and the bar never opened.
