The location is super good, and the cost‑benefit ratio is decent; I didn't expect much but it was very good, except the hot water took a long time to come out. The hot water took a bit to arrive, but the rest of the bathroom was great.

The location is good, but there's no chair, no coat hooks, or a bathroom curtain.

The place was very clean and quiet.

The location was great, but the rooms facing the road could use better soundproofing—every time a car passed, the noise was loud, and the one with a metal roof also let in rain sounds. Otherwise, the value for money seemed fine.
