Courtyard Kansas City Overland Park / Convention Center

“Not worth the money, Hiltons are much better.”

They charged for everything and the hotel was just average. The quoted price was X, but there were many add‑ons. I’ll never stay at a Marriott again; I wish they’d quoted a price that included the extras. Parking is basic.

Our room was clean and the temperature was comfortable when we walked in; checking‑in and checking‑out were quick and convenient, and the location suited us, yet the $15 for parking was a bit shocking, and we were never told what time check‑out was or whether there was a complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Very accommodating, but the toilets were short even for someone without limitations.

“Clean and comfy”

The staff were welcoming and pleasant, and the lobby and rooms looked beautiful and clean, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. However, the refrigerator in our room seemed broken and couldn't keep our drinks cool.
