The location scores a 10, right next to the central plaza and the cathedral, and the area feels very safe. The room is spacious, with a sofa, TV, and a small fridge, big windows and a high ceiling. The staff were very friendly, helped me with several things, and were charming. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect!
