“I wouldn’t go back”

The place was near the slopes, yet the walls were thin so a group of guys could be heard, the hot spa was tiny—only two people fit—and the price was steep for what you get; the worst part was that you have to pay for a towel, something no hotel in the world has ever required me to do.

“Very rude and not helpful staff from arrival to checkout”

The rooms were clean, but the staff were very rude and unhelpful and the location was bad.

“Pleasant but for the price paid, expected more.”

The location, though not central, was fine; the host was friendly and tried hard to communicate, breakfast was decent but a bit pricey, and the facilities could improve while the room wasn’t tidied daily.
