The staff were exceptional, the restaurant food was very good, and there was nothing to fault about the property; I totally recommend it.

The sea view was stunning, and there were two pools, a floating breakfast, a restaurant with a great menu, and lovely terraces. The room was plain and lacked charm.

I’ve only stayed once in a 5‑star hotel, and Ponciana felt far superior in service, value, and food quality. A games room for kids and a small gym with an outdoor jacuzzi would make it flawless.
