Cloud stay Badulla

We stayed here for one night after a hike and it exceeded our expectations! We were met by one of the owners who showed us the room, and then we could enjoy the AC! The bathroom was well‑cleaned and the towels smelled good, there is also a kettle for tea and a mini‑fridge! The large mirror was also a plus! We also had very good contact with the owners via WhatsApp about check‑in etc. Nothing.

There are no issues whatsoever with the cleanliness or the room's facilities; you have nothing to worry about. It is conveniently located near restaurants and temples. I was able to communicate with the owner via WhatsApp, and I received a quick reply. Due to the convenient downtown location, there is some traffic noise, though it quiets down at night. If you are concerned about the noise, I recommend using earplugs—most travelers likely carry them anyway

I had a great time with my partner at this place – the service was amazing and always on time. The rooms were neat and clean, and I really enjoyed my holiday. I’ll definitely book here again for my next trip.

The hotel was spotless, safe, and very budget‑friendly. Its location in the town area of Badulla made it easy to reach everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it a truly lovely place to stay. Nothing to complain about.
