The staff were friendly. The stay was absolutely disappointing and frightening. During my stay a rat was found in the vestibule, bit me, and I had to go to the hospital afterward. The incident was not only terrifying but also very stressful health‑wise. There was also trash right in front of the front door. Combined with the rat incident, this left a very bad impression of cleanliness and hygiene. I expect basic hygiene and safety from a hotel. A stay where I get bitten by a rat and need medical treatment is completely unacceptable. I am reporting my own experiences and expect the hotel to take this seriously, investigate the causes, and take appropriate measures.
