The place was spotless, staff were super helpful, and getting to the airport was a breeze. The only downside was that the TV didn’t offer English or closed‑captioning.

We only stayed one night after arriving at Zurich airport before heading to Luzern. The triple room was basic but the beds were decent and it got the job done. It’s close to the train station, which is handy. We were tired and the room felt a bit grubby.

I stayed again and was glad to see the same friendly, helpful staff. The location and price were spot on, and the room was simple yet cozy. The handheld shower head was loose or mis‑connected, so water sprayed everywhere.
