The staff were always excellent, young, eager, and always smiling—great to see such people and it says a lot about the generation called “lost” or “crystal.” Charming. The buffet was pretty good, quality was high but not overly varied, which suited me. The dining room offered beautiful sea views for dinner while watching the sunset. The room, described as having sea views, was a cramped den with a tiny window overlooking a 2x2 light patio. The curtains couldn’t be rolled, so natural light was nonexistent. We found stained towels, damp stains everywhere, spider webs, unclean corners, hair in the previous guest’s shower, and a comforter with lights. Accessibility for people with reduced mobility is only possible if accompanied, and the other person can ask for the door to be opened where there are no stairs; otherwise, you’ll be on your own.

Every day the room was cleaned and the mattresses replaced—no sloppy work, just precise! The beds can be raised with one motion and the floor is tidy underneath. The bed was made, the sheet pulled tight, just like on the first day! The food was excellent! I ordered half a pension for breakfast and Swedish buffet dinner. It was very tasty, plentiful, and varied! I liked that five taps were set up for dinner: white, rosé, red wine, and sangria. The fifth beer! Divine! No negatives.

I had a decent stay overall and there were several things I really liked about this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which was the main reason I chose it. The food was nice and the staff were friendly and pleasant throughout our stay. Our room was dated, but it was clean. The beach itself was disappointing because there was a lot of seaweed and it didn't appear to be cleaned at all. I spoke to a local shop owner who told me that the council prefers to leave the seaweed because it is considered more natural. Obviously, this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth knowing if the beach is one of the main reasons you're choosing this location. There were a few issues with our room. The bathroom window had no handle, so once we opened it, we couldn't close it properly. We also had no view at all, just very close surrounding walls, which made the room feel quite confined. However, by far the biggest disappointment was the CONSTANT NOISE from the elevator. The lift seemed very old and every single time it travelled up or down, there was a very loud mechanical noise that we could hear clearly from our room. This continued throughout the day and night. If you are a light sleeper, good earplugs are essential. Perhaps we were particularly unlucky with the location of our room, but I counted around four rooms close to each elevator, and there are two elevators, so quite a few rooms could potentially be affected. I really think this is something the hotel needs to address. Maybe that level of lift noise was acceptable decades ago, but in 2026 guests should not have to listen to an elevator travelling through the building all night. The air conditioning was another problem. It was an old built‑in unit and extremely noisy. Unfortunately, because it was so hot, we couldn't simply leave it switched off. It also struggled to cool the room properly, so we would leave it running while we were at the beach just to notice some temperature difference when we returned. At night we would eventually have to get up and switch it off because the noise became too much.
