I liked the breakfast and the team’s friendliness, but the bed was very uncomfortable. In the first room I couldn’t stay because opening the minibar door released flies and a horrible stench that filled the room; the pillow was bad and the bed had only a sheet, no blanket, duvet, or comforter.

The employees were courteous, yet the cleanliness was poor: the bathroom tiles were grimy, the shower didn’t heat, and one bed was broken. The place can be simple, but it must be clean.

The staff were attentive and the location was good, but the room fell short of the booking description: the linens were stained and some had a bad smell, the wardrobe smelled very bad, there was no microwave as advertised, the air‑conditioner didn’t work, and the TV offered only one channel.

The value for money was decent, but the night‑time front‑desk staff were awful; they should hire someone who actually wants to work there, the guy was terrible at customer service.
