The location was good. Three guys worked at reception, the tallest named Hoang was rude twice when I asked him to repeat what he said; he shouted and seemed unhappy with his job. There’s a small room behind reception where they watch movies, so they might get annoyed when called.

“Très bon séjour”

Overall it was great: the bed was comfy, the place was clean and the location was perfect—under 5 minutes on foot to the metro. The breakfast was also quite decent. The downside was that the room isn’t fully light‑sealed, so for light‑sensitive guests it can be hard to fall asleep.

The location was good. The shared toilet for men and women let someone peek through a hole under the wall, and I was kicked out before the checkout time.

“Great Value und friendly staff”

Everything ran smoothly from the start; the welcoming staff were helpful and accommodating during check‑in and throughout the stay. The facilities included everything needed (shampoo, a locker with a code so no extra locks required). The beds were comfortable and the thick curtains provided ample privacy. The place stayed tidy and spotless, and the air‑conditioner worked well.
