“Exceptional place, we had a room with a view of Gran Via. Will definitely be staying again for our next visit.”
The property felt very fresh and clean, and the staff were helpful and excellent at suggesting restaurants for our last night; nothing negative.
“Slecht hotel met slechte service, matig ontbijt en rooklucht.”
The room was large and spacious with all the facilities. The dining room smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was sad, with little choice, and the waitresses spoke very little.
Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.
“Pleasent except for the room”
The location is good and the staff are friendly. My room had a step down from the bathroom area to the bedroom area that represented a tripping hazard, especially at night when the lights were off.
Everything was perfect.
