The place is close to everything; like a small island of flowers, everything was within arm’s reach.

The location was good, but the room, bathroom, noise, and overall neglect were disappointing.

I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service from the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious and exactly as shown in the photos, and the value for money was excellent. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious traditional Guatemalan dishes. Unfortunately, there was nothing negative to report during my stay.
