“Une déception”
The location near the beach is pleasant, the gardens are clean and well kept, the room is air‑conditioned, and the man who handles excursions and activities is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are poorly sound‑proofed and the service quality needs improvement. At the restaurant we waited an hour between the starter and the main dish; I didn’t even get my starter, so I asked not to be charged for that disastrous meal. The man at the front desk in the evening was rude and cold. We needed beach towels, but for two days we didn’t get any because they were not dry. The dry‑cleaning service returned damp clothes, yet we were fully charged. Moreover, when we approached certain staff members (some of them), we felt like we were bothering them, which was annoying. Breakfast also needs work; the buffet is limited in choices and something is always missing.
The hotel is stunning and very quiet. The restaurant is excellent and offers a wide selection of vegetarian dishes. The staff are very friendly. A big plus is that there’s a dive club on site. I recommend it if you’re looking for peace and all‑inclusive service.

Friendly staff, great service, great facilities, good excursions, good food and free filtered water! Mango trees and animals throughout the hotel area which felt really tropical!. The road to the hotel could be improved, also the breakfast could have had a little more options. A few minor English/French-language barriers with reception

The lunch and dinner meals are very good, and the excursions are well managed, especially those that depart from the hotel’s beach. The hotel’s private beach is accessible by the hotel’s boat. The room wasn’t properly prepared when we arrived – it was infested with mosquitoes and had no mosquito net for the beds. Beach/pool towels were missing from 7 am onward. The safe was old and jammed the night before we left. Breakfast isn’t great – not enough variety.

The setting is gorgeous, the food is truly good, and the private beach is amazing. Nothing to complain about.
