The Deluxe Double Room provides mountain and landmark views and is fully wheelchair accessible. It sleeps two and includes a tile‑marble floor, seating and dining areas, a desk, electric kettle, iron, clothes rack, wardrobe, socket by the bed, telephone, safety deposit box, linen, hypoallergenic bedding, wake‑up service and free Wi‑Fi, with a flat‑screen TV offering cable and satellite channels. The private bathroom features a bath, shower, hairdryer, free toiletries, towels, toilet paper and a toilet, while the room is air‑conditioned and sound‑proofed.

Mountain and landmark views are visible from the ground‑floor Deluxe Family Room. The room sleeps two on a single bed and offers a dining table, desk, wardrobe or closet, clothes rack, socket beside the bed, tile/marble flooring, and an electric kettle. The private bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, free toiletries, toilet paper and towels. Climate control is provided by air‑conditioning, while entertainment and connectivity feature a flat‑screen TV with cable and satellite channels, free Wi‑Fi, a telephone, an iron, and optional wake‑up service.

Picture shown in website is different because its 2 king size beds i have seen thn booked but while i coming for chk in time. It's different so plz change picture Thankyou
Nothing positive. The room and washroom were not clean.
“Worst, horrible and nightmarish experience.”
Complimentary breakfast starts at 08.30 am and is delivered from outside. The restaurant is on the 4th floor, but the lift only goes up to the 3rd floor. They could do away with the complimentary breakfast. The staff attitude was poor; one man at the reception counter used a minatory tone and body language, and except for Mr. Kannan and another staff member who handled AC and TV complaints, the rest showed no sense of hospitality. On the first night (15/06/2026) the guests in the next room were noisy under the influence all night, and no hotel staff intervened, failing to provide safety and security to law‑abiding guests. On the second night (16/06/2026) staff made noise by pulling furniture and shouting from the fourth floor while we were staying on the third floor.

The place was very neat and clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms and beds, and the food was tasty with a huge variety. However, you have to climb a big step to get into the bathroom, which could cause a slip or fall. Also, the lift only goes up to the 3rd floor while the restaurant is on the 4th floor, making it hard for elderly or disabled guests to access. Full room service is offered, but when everyone wants to eat together, it can be awkward if some family members don’t want to leave one person alone in the room.
