“Super friendly staff”

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The courtyard was a lovely oasis, and the outdoor seating area was a nice touch. The bed was also very comfortable, and I thought the value for money was fair. However, the room itself needed a bit of a makeover and a good clean to bring it up to par.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The cleanliness was particularly bad, with no hot water in the bathroom, a corroded iron door, and a sink that was impossible to use for washing my face. The room was tiny, with a broken table and a floor covered in bugs. When I checked in, the front desk couldn't find my booking, and there was no Wi-Fi in the room. To top it all off, there was no way to charge my devices, and the room had a terrible smell.

The bed in my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, but the rest of the room was a bit of a mess, with dirty walls, a musty smell, and uneven floor cleaning. The bathroom was clean, though. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the hotel's overall condition could use some improvement. If they were to address these issues, they would likely gain a lot of positive feedback.

“Mauvais quartier”

I was greeted by friendly staff, but unfortunately, the hotel's conditions were quite poor. The water was cold, and there was no pressure, the room was dirty and showed signs of wear and tear. The building itself felt old, and we were a bit disoriented since we arrived at night. The surrounding area was desolate, with no shops or signs of life, and we even spotted a few rats. The staff did their best to make our stay more pleasant, but the neighborhood itself was not very welcoming.

The staff were very helpful, and the exterior and inner courtyard looked great. However, our room was in a terrible state, which was a disappointment.
