I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The booking process was a scam, where they would take your money upfront and then claim that they don't work with the booking platform. After a long and frustrating process, the booking platform finally refunded my money, but the hotel got away with it. It's clear that they're taking advantage of customers who don't want to deal with the hassle.

Be aware that this hostel does not have a booking account, so you'll need to book directly with them. Unfortunately, this means that if you book through a different platform, your money is gone. I would advise against booking through any other platform to avoid losing your money.

We only needed to stay here for a few hours before our volcano hike, and it was enough. However, the room was lacking in basic amenities - no blankets or towels. The place was also quite dirty. For a short stay, it was tolerable, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.
