The hotel's convenient location and stunning views made for a pleasant stay, but the check-in process was marred by inefficiencies.

Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet my expectations due to several issues, including inadequate shower water pressure and a lack of hot water despite adjusting the temperature to its maximum level. Additionally, the toothpaste provided was insufficient, and the flavor was not up to par compared to other high-end hotels. Overall, my stay was marred by these problems.
