Pink Sands Resort

This hotel offered a spotless environment, but unfortunately, its high prices left a lasting impression on the guest. The cleanliness of the hotel was a significant plus, but the steep costs overshadowed this advantage.

Although the hotel's location was a significant draw, the guest was disappointed by the outdated and worn condition of the rooms. The need for refurbishment and upgrading was evident, and the presence of mold added to the guest's dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the guest encountered unfriendly room service staff, which marred their overall experience.

This hotel's picturesque location and stunning beach were undeniable assets, but the outdated decor and lack of attention to guest needs left a lasting impression of neglect and disrepair.

“Muy lindo, pero con mejor servicio sería mucho mejor”

The hotel's rooms and location were impressive, but the service fell short of expectations. The accommodations were pleasant, but the staff's performance was subpar. Overall, the hotel showed promise, but needed improvement in its customer service.
