I was thoroughly let down during my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my room lacked a window, and despite inquiring about the possibility of a room with one, I was told it was fully booked. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, forcing me to request that it be turned off, but the remote control wasn't functioning, so I had to rely on the staff to assist. The late-night noise levels were also a significant issue, with loud conversations and footsteps disrupting my rest.
