The proximity to Fifth Avenue and the ferry is great. It’s located next to a bar that plays music all night at a very loud volume, so I didn’t sleep the two nights I stayed there.

The spot is perfect for getting around, though the nearby bars can get pretty loud.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, the hotel fully justifies its price and offers good value for money. It was very noisy at night because there is a nightclub nearby with loud music

The place is brand‑new, recently renovated and boasts a lovely outdoor terrace that’s great for relaxing, but it sits right on Quinta Avenida right up against a nightclub, so the sound and its vibrations make it hard to sleep; if you’re looking for a party vibe it works, yet for a quiet break it’s a poor choice, and unlike other hotels in similar locations I wasn’t warned about this at check‑in, which would have been a nice courtesy.
