The staff are responsive and adorable, and the place is very clean. However, there are some very loud people and the walls are thin.

The only thing I like is the location, it is close to city centre. 1.The rack of the table is broken 2.The floor is too sticky 3.I couldn’t find the kettle and have to go to 7 eleven to get hot water 4.I called 2 times for customer service and no one is picking up 5.The window of the room is not covered well enough, the light from the corridor can easily pass into the room while I was sleeping 6.Before booking, there is no information about the top up fee for electricity, the booking fee only covered for 7kwh, which is way not enough, ended up paying 70+ more on this

The place feels like home and you meet people from all over the world, and the location is convenient. However, you’ll always need a taxi to get around, and sometimes it’s not pocket‑friendly because there are no other options, though overall it’s still convenient.
