The spot was great and the staff were super friendly, and the room was clean and comfy. I’d come back. On the downside, the USB outlets didn’t work, one bedside lamp was dead, and the shower spray holder was broken. The evening menu was a nightmare for vegetarians; the main dish even had Parmesan, which isn’t vegetarian, and it wasn’t available anyway. The chef seemed totally unconcerned.

The location was solid, the rooms were clean, and the staff were good. The decor felt a bit dated in some areas, though.

I usually stay near Waverley Abbey and the people here were very friendly. We only stayed one night, so nothing negative to note.
