From the window of the room I could see Tokyo Tower, and the night view was amazing.

The location was fantastic and being in a corner room made the stay very comfortable; the room was spotless and pleasant to stay in. The only drawback was that it was a smoking room, so the tobacco smell was noticeable, but the lobby staff warned us and the room was stocked with plenty of Febreze, so it wasn’t a real problem.

“仕事が精神的にハードだったし、慣れない都会歩きでボロボロだったのが癒されました。”

The staff were outstanding—when I asked how to get to work the next morning they printed clear directions, handed me the key before I even mentioned my room number on returning, and saw me off politely at checkout. The hotel itself is old, the lighting is dim and I had to do my makeup by opening the curtains for natural light, but the staff’s professionalism outweighed these hard‑ware shortcomings.

“立地条件からしたらこんなもんか”

I slept quietly, but the room was dark and, while I understand it’s been well used, I think water‑related cracks should be repaired if guests are being charged for the stay.
