The spot is great and super convenient for getting around. The bus and metro are just a short walk away, and the Vatican is within walking distance too. Maria is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back! 😊

“A wonderful stay”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at Mary Vatican Guesthouse! From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy and had everything I needed for my stay in Rome. The location is fantastic, especially if you want to explore Rome on foot or by public transport. The Vatican is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops in the area. As this was my first solo trip, having a comfortable and welcoming place to stay made a big difference. I felt safe and at ease throughout my stay. Thank you for making my first solo trip to Rome even more special! ❤️🇮🇹 I would definitely stay here again and recommend Mary Vatican Guesthouse to anyone visiting Rome

“Czysty, przyjemny i bardzo dobrze prowadzony obiekt”

I travel to Italy regularly, and the standards of Italian apartments vary. Maria’s apartment exceeded my expectations in every way: - VERY!!! clean and well‑maintained, a freshly cleaned room, clean and fresh linens, a tidy bathroom! It’s clear the place is regularly cleaned, which is essential for a pleasant stay; - the location is perfect – right next to Ottaviano metro, and I consider the whole area quiet and safe, yet lively; - a pleasant stairwell that isn’t scary to go through ;) I was traveling alone and safety was important to me; The whole room was ideal for a stay – it had everything needed. Plus, a wonderful, communicative, warm, and engaged owner who takes care of everything beyond my usual standards. In other words, what’s written in earlier reviews is true. :) I’d also like to point out that I could easily verify the legitimacy of the business without fear of fraud during booking – that was very important for me to book a real place. I’m very satisfied with my choice and, given my frequent stays in Rome, I’ll return – this time with family.

“Mary Vatican”

The welcome and treatment were perfect with coffee and tea available, plus croissants in the morning. The cleanliness was flawless. No complaints.
