The staff were really helpful, especially Sumerjit and Ameer at the front desk, and the dining staff were great too.

“Pleasant stay !!!?”
Everything from the location to the staff, price, value, and breakfast was excellent.
“Good but not adequate for a family leisure trip”
The hotel was very clean, the staff were professional, and breakfast was great. However, the place feels cramped; the room is not big enough for a family of three. I was traveling with a 3‑year‑old daughter, and the hotel sits under a flyover with only a small car entry and underground parking. The bed is small even though I booked a large room, making it unsuitable for a family looking for a leisurely luxury stay.
The staff were polite, rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the breakfast spread—though small—was good quality and tasty. The on‑site restaurant works well for lunch and dinner, and overall I was satisfied with the experience.
The camera was quiet, but the room smelled musty and damp with no way to ventilate. The restaurant offered a limited menu; as foreigners we preferred more Indian dishes, and the selection felt too international.
“Wonderful stay in Aurangabad”
The Central Bus Terminal (CBT) used to reach the Ellora Caves by local bus is just a ten‑minute walk away, and the airport pick‑up taxi was free (the return ride cost extra); the taxi, run by a partner travel agency, had air‑conditioning and cost three thousand rupees round‑trip to the caves, which was cheaper than other options. The hotel provides a price list for all attractions, which is handy, and the taxi to the airport was also cheaper than calling Uber. The rooms were clean, free of bedbugs, and the air‑conditioning worked well; the staff were extremely kind, security was present at all times, and I was able to check in at 9 am and use the room right away. Breakfast was tasty, and we received two complimentary 500 ml bottles of water each day. On the way to CBT there’s a tarri‑style restaurant featured in “Lonely Planet” where a 410 INR bowl of “wan ko soba”‑style curry filled me up. If you have an early departure and can’t eat breakfast, they’ll prepare a sandwich for you. Several staff members speak a little Japanese, giving the place a very pro‑Japan vibe. The on‑site restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is good, and during the rainy season the road in front of the hotel turns into a river, making the restaurant especially convenient. The only minor issue was that the hot water took a while to come out and was only lukewarm.
