“Old and smelled off mildew”

The location was fine, but the room had a terrible mildew smell that got worse when the AC was on; I sprayed two cans of Lysol and the hallway carpet was nasty. The breakfast was barely a breakfast and looked awful—spend the extra money elsewhere.

We arrived at the hotel and discovered there was no fridge in our room, and we weren't told we had to request one.

“Great staff. Clean. Served its purpose.”

When we checked in, Nicole greeted us with a friendly handshake and a warm introduction, making the service feel excellent. However, the hotel still needs a remodel; a hole appeared partially punched in the bathroom door, and a man lingered outside for the entire stay—possibly homeless—who oddly approached our car and tried to pet the dog while I was checking in.

“Discusting do not stay here”

I paid for a room with a large tub, but I was given a walk‑in shower instead. The sheets were nasty, so I had to change the bedding just to lie down. The AC leaked water onto the floor and smelled like poo and mildew. The pool was broken, and the room I ordered was not the one I received. I had to move to another room, which was also nasty. I will never return; I posted a picture of the obviously slept‑on, dirty sheets and even pulled the blanket to check for bugs after noticing the filth.

The room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast had a terribly limited selection, and the TV in the room didn't work; the staff tried to fix it politely but failed. The floor creaked, and every other guest's footsteps could be heard.
