Spacious bungalow in Ban Sa features two bedrooms, a bathroom, terrace, and outdoor seating. Guests enjoy a shared outdoor pool, free Wi‑Fi, and convenient amenities such as a washing machine, hairdryer, refrigerator, electric kettle, and kitchenware. Located just 2 km from the sandy beach, it offers easy access to Cha‑Am Railway Station, Cha‑Am Forest Park, and Hua Hin Airport.

The address was wrong, the accommodation wasn't where Booking said it was – you end up almost 4 km from the beach in a marsh and a farm, and every convenience is at least 1 km farther. The photos were also misleading; the bar shown is actually occupied by the host and nothing is served there. The “complete bungalow” claim is false – you don’t get the whole thing. If you want the second room you must pay an extra 50 THB per night. There are lizards living in the place, insect nests, a broken water heater, old equipment, and a 5 am wake‑up call from the neighbours. It’s absolutely not worth the price – a scam. We left after 24 hours and filed a complaint with Booking.
