The staff were wonderful. The bathroom, bed linens, pillows, and bed were very good, and the toiletries were excellent. The place was very clean, and the outside and restaurant were super nice and comfortable. The location could not have been better. We thought we needed a little extra space, surfaces, or furniture to put the bags on. The basement bathroom (where guests leave their bags) was not very clean, but those were minor issues.

The staff were friendly and the location is by the station. It was rather noisy because it's a transport hub, so it's best to request a quiet room away from the roads.
