“I will stay again it was nice and clean and convenient to the place I need to stay”
I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of my room and the comfort of the bed, which made for a great night's sleep. However, I was a bit perplexed by the reviewer's statement that they "liked everything," as it seemed like a contradictory sentiment.
“Buena pero no cómoda”
I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained my room was, with excellent service to match. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were just as bad. To make matters worse, there was no microwave in the room.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by some disturbing issues. The sheets and mattress were stained with blood, and the towels were dirty and stained. It was a truly unsettling experience.
I had a somewhat average experience at this hotel, but unfortunately, the staff's behavior left a sour taste in my mouth. They seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, which made me hesitant to recommend this place to others.
I was impressed by the hotel's willingness to accommodate us when we presented an issue, which showed a great deal of customer service. However, I did feel that the initial room we were given didn't quite match the price I was paying, and it was nice that they were able to switch us to a room that better met our expectations.
